Chetty Builders, Inc. seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associate for one of our single-family home communities in Pennsylvania.  Candidates should be able to combine strong sales skill while maintaining a greater focus on business management. The more diligent and outgoing sales person will have excellent earnings potential. As a Sales Manager/Associate you will be successful at building solid relationships with customers, thereby demonstrating outstanding consultative selling and effective closing skills.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will handle all community sales and marketing responsibilities. You must be able to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers as you build excitement for them, work through construction-related issues, and continually update them on the progress of their homes.  Additional duties include:

• Pre-qualifying customers for financing
• Implementing creative target marketing programs to sell through direct mail, referrals, grand openings and broker presentations
• Maintaining the sales & information center
• Stong computer skills in Microsoft Suite Programs
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is a must
• Strong customer service & communication skills
• Three years new home sale experience
• Pennsylvania Real Estate license preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Some college is preferred, but not required.
